This address some issues on evol-all#57 by using the Magic Feather to write skills to Master Skill Book.

As an added bonus, if someone else kills the boss, the book will report that, and you don't need to wait the 15 seconds to read the book again.

Time is not reset if you need to get the feather from a friend. Maybe 15 seconds is not enough?

Untested.
