Change Legion Main Hall Map Mask System

Jesusaves requested to merge jesusalva/evolsrc:jesusalva/legionmask into master

Now that we can send different map masks to different users, this code needs to be updated.

It just didn't worked right when I tried to rework it, though. It's a bit... strange. Acceptable, but strange nonetheless.

Please review.

Note: I have standard access to test server only. Reboot test server in order to test.
