Second Try - commit without having done making maps

Micksha requested to merge Micksha/serverdata:Slime_2 into master

Adding the Green Slime and Little Green Slime to mob_db.conf, make spawn of two little ones on death of a big one on mob_skill_db.txt. Adding Dummy stats for Mouboo.
