Update profiling docs for Pyroscope

Hey @dnsmichi this is my first PR (MR?) on Gitlab 🙌🏾! So let me know if I did anything incorrectly... I think its awesome you added more profiling tools to this page. I just added a couple more links relevant to Pyroscope.

Also fwiw everything was mostly easy to setup from the contributing docs, but two steps weren't mentioned:

  1. I had to install mkdocs
  2. I had to install a specific theme for mkdocs image

Nothing complicated to figure out but just wanted to let you know. Congrats on O11y.love ❤
