Fix big track

The cone coordinates are from the version of the big_track.csv file which didn't have rounded coordinates. In that file there were no variances so I had to add those. The initial position of car also had to be moved so that it was in the correct position. Using the conversion tools I updated the other files.

I drove around the track and it looked good apart from one part where there was a large gap between yellow cones.
