Fixed for Tholians not moving properly between corners of their web.
Fixed Tholians web completion message, and try a little harder to make
web completion possible.
Fixed Tholians escaping after being attacked by torpedoes
Added prompt to limit torpedo burst if asking to fire too many
Add prompt to reduce warp if moving with engines damaged
More colorful crits, status, scans, chart

BSD trek limited number of phaser banks, phaser spreading - kept the sst distance attenuation and fixed constants
Adjusted phaser spread constants for larger blindfire penalty,  but also slightly mitigated the angle penalty

Capture text now indicates klingon moves to your location before being destroyed (to transfer prisoners)
