Made changes to the Makefile and added a .conf file in order to ensure Build Reproducibility.
Time stamps were being added to the bottom of several html files on build time. By specifying to ignore the footer on build time, asciidoc does not publish the date in the footer of the html files, this is specified in the nofooter.conf file, which was added as an argument in the make- file.
