Main changes:
- equilibrator-api and sbtab versions have been updated to support python 3.12
- default solver is now Clarabel (will become the default for CVXPY in the future anyway)
- other minor bug fixes
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
