Works around missing Content-Length header

Hi there, although I see the Content-Length header for zenodo file downloading with cURL, it's missing from the response variable, at least with my httpx. I googled and I have absolutely no idea how this can happen. Decided to write a quick workaround that shouldn't do any harm.
