eQuilibrator Bug? dG with gases
Hi Elad and equilibrator team, just wanted to mention an issue I’ve bumped into on the web-version of equilibrator: It does not seem possible to calculate ∆rG’ for a user-defined partial pressure of gases (only of aqueous concentrations).
For example, if I try to change the CO2-concentration for the Formate Dehydrogenase reaction to ambient CO2 (0,4 mbar), the software always jumps back to 1,000 mbar (ignore that for some reason, the decimal shows up as a comma in my browser) and does not update the ∆G values. It is also not possible to switch to µbar or bar. Whenever pressing enter or „update“, the page reloads with the default values and does not take in the updated/user-defined values. Am I doing something wrong? (I tried on Chrome and Safari)
Providing the concentration as mM still works, so I can come by with the Henry constants, but thought I might tell you about it.
Best, Ari
