feat: Purge missing pictures daily

By checking for the existence of ~/pictures we can easily avoid purging files on un-mounted drives: simply symlink ~/pictures to the relevant directory on the removable drive, then -e will report false if it's not mounted https://stackoverflow.com/a/8049186/96588.
