Cluster theo

This branch brings with it a bunch of improvements to have it working perfectly on the cluster. It breaks with previous versions because this version now only works with PuLP >2.1. The syntax was different in PuLP 1.6.

This will impact besos as it has the requirements set to 1.6, it will need to be changed to 2.1.
