Fix errors when enabling GNOME

After enabling GNOME feature there are some failures in STIG as below:
content_rule_dconf_gnome_screensaver_idle_delay
content_rule_dconf_gnome_screensaver_lock_delay
content_rule_dconf_gnome_screensaver_lock_enabled
content_rule_dconf_gnome_disable_ctrlaltdel_reboot
content_rule_dconf_gnome_banner_enabled

With the new patch which enables dconf user profile, the failed cases will pass.
