Refines Debian upstream synchronization and validation

Changes

  • Added check_config.py to verify source packages and architectures.
  • Added upstream_sync.py to compare aria-* with Debian upstream suites.
  • Updated .gitlab-ci.yml to cleanly replace sources and run both checks per suite.
  • Introduced STRICT mode to control CI failure behaviour
  • Added artifact logs for easier review of validation and sync results.
  • Unified .sources files for aria, aria-updates, aria-security, and aria-backports.
