Merge latest upstream changes and rename the namespace from 'wr-linux' to 'elxr'

Merge the latest updates from Debian Salsa CI - https://salsa.debian.org/salsa-ci-team/autopkgtest-lxc - and rename the namespace from 'wr-linux' to 'elxr' to get the pipeline successfully building again.
