ELSI build failed with GCC and Ubuntu 20.10
Hi, I have been trying to build ELSI for the last week with no success. I tried with the ESL-bundle, SIESTA-bundle, and from the source. In the case of the bundles, NTPoly keeps failing.
I'm using gcc 10.3.0 in ubuntu 20.10 based system (Pop OS). My toolchain file is attached.toolchain.txt
I have elpa, lapack libraries, and other dependencies like scotch and superlu installed with apt package manager.
When I try to compile the library from the source, I get this error
[ 17%] Building C object external/SCOTCH/CMakeFiles/scotch.dir/src/libscotch/bgraph_bipart_df.c.o
/opt/elsi-interface/build/generated/tmp2.c:191:10: fatal error: tmp2.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.

I'm tired of trying multiple flags, sources, and methods for the installation. Please help me solve it.
