Prepared gitlab-ci yml so, that release images will be built now (with the correct debug flags, addresses and so on).
In order to test the release image on a real domain, I have to build it and manually deploy it.

The first minimal, not-yet-completely-using variables where I should, setup, which runs the pipeline completely through, also with the very first, very minimal cypress test running and succeeding. There are no python-django tests yet however.
