Add customisable timeout and Vlan Manager support

Hello,

This MR will add two features:

  • configurable timeout (new variable sds_timeout) to cope with large responses on slow DDI systems, leveraging the SOLIDserverRest query timeout parameter
  • Support for vlan manager

Vlan manager is not yet supported in SOLEDserverRest official branch, but i created a fork, with a dedicated branch to support the relevant calls.
