Add a newline to the signal help text, only visible from non-auth jacamar

Hi! CSC(.fi) is starting to use Jacamar CI in the Lumi supercomputer. I'll send fixes your way when I find anything that needs fixing.

Currently the "signal" help text lacks a newline at the end. Added it.
