Add request notifications

  • Send Auth notifications for blueprint requests on each process step
  • Return http code 404 instead of 500 when object does not exist in views
  • Improve view tests
  • Increase view tests coverage
  • Remove translations from admin notifications (those do not work)
  • Fixes missing timezone when creating new blueprint requests
