Change dmsounds to be more inline with other scripts

dmsounds has a few new additions to make it more inline with the other scripts. It uses the .config/dmsounds directory now.

Might not be a bad idea to use whatever standard sounds directory there is in /home/ but I can't really think of a universally accepted name off the top of my head so I used the .config area. Obviously, this is easy to configure in the config file so this shouldn't break it for you for too long.
