We think people are asking for a "light-weight" program that is easy to install with the following basic features:

• structure made up of two basic tables: contacts table and activities table
• able to track interactions — e.g. emails, meetings or conferences — between the db owner and the people with records
• sending email
• ability to add fields to activities table
• search, sort and select based on individual fields
