show latency to 2 decimal places of a millisecond

This is a simple patch to show latency to 2 decimal places of a millisecond. For interfaces with high sample rates and low buffer sizes, the current latency precision (0 decimal places) shows little difference between low buffer sizes.

For example

32 frames @ 96KHz = 0.33ms   (currently shows as 0ms)
64 frames @ 96KHz = 0.67ms   (currently shows as 1ms)
128 frames @ 96KHz = 1.33ms  (currently shows as 1ms)
256 frames @ 96KHz = 2.67ms  (currently shows as 3ms)
