WIP: Easier project structure and guide for installing

1. Easier overview of the project -> more structured Readme with complete overview
2. "Standalone" Website with full guide to install instead of point to point to point to reach a destination.
3. (Contribute Code) Better team up and connectivity overview to get in touch.
4. Contribute money option, create wallets for donation.

Since my last code paste which messed up, you can find here a full bash installer for douane in the early state. I dont have tested it myself. its just a quick cp work from my previous setup

please add the following file name as "autostart" to the douane configurator for fixing the autostart issue https://pastebin.com/raw/vx5vNvZb is used within the previous installer script.

Please add the code in here. i messed with ' theses char the whole thread and it wasn't readable any more.

5. logo which looks way stronger and fits to the level of the code (i mean you dont have to take this but the points before are very important to make this app more suitable for the mass beside money contribution)

i refereed to the double circle by putting the armor into the shield . i know it makes no sense on the first look (which makes it obscure and easier to remember) beside the linux kernel/system is the shield which get protected with a better armor from inside. everyone from the outside runs against the shield and everything from inside runs against your application the armor. with that in mind it fit but thats just my opinion :)
