fix: point the HR app home at the HR Setup workspace

The People workspace was renamed HR Setup upstream, but app_home, the apps-screen route and the Dokos HR desktop icon still pointed at /desk/people. On sites that never had the short-lived People workspace (any v4 → v5 upgrade), the HR tile opened "Page people introuvable". The demo only works because it kept the orphan People workspace.

  • app_home → /desk/hr-setup. The apps-screen route reuses app_home.
  • desktop_icon/dokos_hr.json link updated, with modified bumped so fixture sync applies it.
  • New patch dokos.v5_0.point_hr_icon_to_hr_setup rewrites the icon link on existing sites and clears the boot cache.

Reproduced on a local site (icon on /desk/people, no People workspace). After the patch, the icon points to /desk/hr-setup, and the patch is idempotent.
