Improve Timesheet entry

Based on a post (in french) on the Discourse, I suggest to implement a faster, simpler and more motivating way to enter timesheets.

The idea would be a "Quick mode" to enter timesheets starting with the time, the date, and the project/task (the task indicating a project automatically if needed), without the need to create a Timesheet first. Timesheets would be "hidden" behind this screen, and created/closed based on manual action from this screen or on an automated setting that can be programmed by admin/user (in our case, we make weekly timesheets, but some do it by day, or by customer, etc.).

The interface could be very simple, inspired by the "Time Manager" app from Nextcloud (see image: https://community.dokos.io/uploads/default/original/1X/604c08e3681eca4876f47a91a5615a5772489d6f.png).

It would then be very easy to add shortcuts to this interface inside relevant part of the website (user menu seeming appropriate from my perspective)
