admin user to banking table during Banking->Install. Invite module
doesn't allow co-hosts, more work required but made first change
which is allowing more than one host in the invite table. Fixed
some functions in Purchase module that weren't checking if the
purchase group had changed. Updated Sell module to use updated
Cart module Payment factory call. Fixed Stock module bug which
reset user's default group too early in Stock->AllData. Moved
dobrado.dateFormat from core.js to core.pub.js as it's now used
by the Cart module.
