Before I proceed: I think we can be a bit sloppy with the sums and mapping functions here, or do not mention the symbols in the text at all; I first included sentences like "the objective function also includes the variable costs c_m_dsm_cu(n,dsm_curt)*DSM_CU(n,dsm_curt,h) of load curtailment" - but then thought it will become lengthy, and maybe it would be better to not mention the symbols at all.
