German language support
Created de.json in locales to provide German language interface.
Notes:
- "You" was translated as a singular, informal: I assume the account owner is a single person, and on friendly terms with us. The file may be easily updated to a formal "you" if desired.
- German is a gendered language. In the case of changing or removing an Avatar or name, the current message displays using the masculine/neutral singular possessive and not the female singular or plural form. This is formally the correct choice, but does not line up with the use of "their" as a gender-neutral in the English file. Proper formation of gender-neutral sentence structures in German is an evolving topic and these should perhaps be revised if an alternative becomes widely embraced.
