[REQUIRES PRP] Misc fixes: Relto book, KINexus journal, KI txt fix

This has been sitting on the back burner for a while... This PR contains the following changes:

  • Relto pages now flip much faster, and Yeesha pages (Cyan's and fan's) are now double-sided. This makes tweaking Relto appearance much, much simpler. Note that it requires an accompanying PRP that I'll send you by email soon.
  • Remove a piece of code in the xKI script that moved Jalak column presets (well, any .txt file, really) to the sav folder. This has been obsolete for a long time, but worse, it causes issues with log files from other DLL-based mods.
  • Add French and German translations for the KI/Nexus FAQ journal in Seret, which was only available in English.
