Update file finder-paste-image.rst

The new automator quick action works better than the old version. You do not have to "select" a folder any more and can just be "entered into" now.

I also adjusted the keyboard shortcut used to "Shift+Cmd+v" as that seems more natural to me.

I did not update any of the screenshots.
