As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired. There are no NumPy builds of version 1.22.* for Python 3.11. This makes installing RTC-Tools rather difficult. As it seems there are no issues with NumPy 1.25.2, we loosen te requirement.
