Bump minimum Python requirement to 3.7 for 2.4 feature release?
Before I thought that bumping the minimum Python requirement would only be allowed/possible when we go to e.g. RTC-Tools 3.0. But if we think of a certain Python version just being another dependency (like CasADi, NumPy), there is no reason we cannot bump the minimum requirement with a feature release (e.g. for 2.4). Opinions?
Advantage is guaranteed order of dictionaries (no more OrderedDict --> dicts are faster). Can use typing annotation for class/instance variables. Can use f-strings. Probably loads of other stuff.
