Bump version to 0.4.1
If I am not mistaken, our changelog reads as:
- Bundle unread message notifications
- Add note on how to disable automatic checks
- Update translations
- Change default signature to "Sent with Dekko"
- Remove unimplemented menu items
- Host translations on UBports Weblate
