add Pomodoro Alfred to library_workflows.tsv

I am the author of Pomodoro Alfred and I used the alfred-workflow library to power my workflow's functionality. I just noticed that this workflow's information has not yet been automatically pulled from Packal and thus does not appear in the README list. Therefore, I hope that this change to library_workflows.tsv will enable the README change to occur.
