EAPI 5 -> 7 (EAPI 5 is deprecated now)
Removes duplicate src_install
Removes unneeded inherit eutils
Adds type attribute in metadata.xml for maintainer tag (repoman compliance)
Adds Copyright / License headers (repoman compliance)

Remark: Change Johannes Schwab to Gentoo Authors for 100% repoman compliance.
