Framework detection potentially slow down buffer opening
I accidentally open a python file in my home directory,
by default, python frameworks will be detected by find
command,
since my home is a big directory tree, so it will take minutes to travel the tree and my vim stuck.
I manually disable framework detection and my problem gone.

Framework detection is a nice feature to have, but should we enable it by default? Maybe some other users will encounter the same situation I've met. Or maybe we can give users a warning in the doc?
