Corrected ideal gas partition function summation bound; added short discussion on integral bound.

As discussed on Piazza, I have corrected the summation lower bound of the ideal gas partition function to start from 1 instead of 0. I have also added a short discussion that the integral approximation bounds can be left unchanged to negligible error.
