Add additional filetypes based on information form EU vocabularies

Jorge Lanza requested to merge jlanza/vocabularies:master into master

As from the descriptions included in Metadata Quality Assessment Methodology website, for the Machine-readable and Non-proprietary indicators, the claims state:

  • The distribution is considered as machine-readable if the specified format is contained in the corresponding data.europa.eu GitLab repository vocabulary.
  • The distribution is considered as non-proprietary if the specified format is contained in the corresponding data.europa.eu GitLab repository vocabulary.

However, based on the information included in the filetypes-skos.rdf file from the EU Vocabularies site, three types are missing.

We have included them, and we would work in the same line for the licences, etc. It is not clear in the Metadata Quality Assessment Methodology website if the data has to only be retrieved from the data.europa.eu GitLab or we can also work with the data from the EU Vocabularies site. It seems that data.europa.eu GitLab content is just extensions to the already available data in the EU Vocabularies, but this is not the case for all.
