Fix the ConsentEnvelop model and its methods
Update the CME and fix its current issues
Adapt and improve the clients (in particular consent_signer)
Correct the broken URLs in the code and OpenAPI files
Make sure the full pipeline works correctly (data → cmdendpoint → cmdhandler → consent validation → storage)
