Refactor the repo

Some of the Custodian services are not in the right folder, and there are inconsistencies for their naming. We need to rename some of them and restructure the repo.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The folders of the services are grouped in a logical way
• The names of the folders are lowercase
• The names used for the services are up to date
