Resolve "Heterogeneity of band indexes"

Most of the corrections for the homogeneity of the indices in the bands were corrected when removing the gdals dependencies (merge request !31 (merged)). The corrections for the homogeneity of the bands of the stats tool are taken into account with issue #24 (closed) which will be corrected with merge request !37 (merged). This merge request aims to make a homogenization of the docs to write the jsons files.
