Remove reference to drumongous in README

I spent a long weekend trying to get MongoDB and Drupal up and running, and at least a day of that was spent trying to get drumongous working, until I accidentally discovered the code here Just Works™ in Drupal 9 without any fuss.

So here's a MR to remove reference to drumongous, and instead direct people to install into an existing site with Composer.
