Fix compliing on NetBSD

In my attempts to port a program called dblab to NetBSD, I ran into an issue with the NetBSD support for this library. I believe this resolves it as the program not only compiles now but runs and works with sqlite DBs. I'm not an experience Go developer so if anything looks incorrect, please inform me.
