Update linting comment in .gitlab-ci.yml

Calvin Freitas requested to merge calvinf/cypress-example-docker-gitlab:patch-1 into master

The Gitlab CI lint link is no longer there and instead instructs people to go to their project CI pipelines page and click the "CI Lint" button. So I added that to the example file.
