Possibility to define scripted step deployment types

Jan Meizner requested to merge scripted-step-configured-deployment-type into cloud_steps

This PR adds the possibility to define deployment type on ScriptedStep level. I believe this is an important addition because after cloud steps will be pushed into production people from EurValve consortium will try to run e.g. ROM on the cloud which will obviously fail.
