refactored archive and favorites

thigg requested to merge thigg/podqast:refactoring2a-movedinsert_date_to_archive into master

Archive got a separate insert date which is set, when the entry is added to the archive. The podpost insert_date is added on creation on the phone not on insertion into a list anymore.

Favorite logic moved to its own file and added tests
