• Progress indicators for loading the library and episode lists
• Fix problems with broken feeds caused by tracking redirects
• Force focus on text input fields in Discover pages (gpodder, fyyd, url)
• Improve fyyd UI
• Sort library alphabetically
• Fix a misleading translation
