Make the desktop file compliant by removing wrong/obsolete keys, and
adding more keys:
- drop obsolete 'Encoding' key
- drop 'MimeType', and 'Path' keys, as they have empty values
- drop 'Terminal', and 'X-KDE-StartupNotify' keys, as they have the
  default values already
- add 'Categories' key with basic categories
