The new branch is very different and extended the original code by calculation of disease-free life expectancy (compound as well as single diseases), decomposition and additional plots that won't appear in the final product. Furthermore, I fixed some bugs in the extraction codes and ordered it in a different way so that the 00_run_code won't produce errors. Clarity and use of apply-family/loops/functions can probably be improved, but was wheighted against producing results.
